Early Bird tuition (before June 5) $170 per student per 2-week session.
Normal Tuition (after June 5) $195 per student per 2-week session
Full tuition, payable by check or cash, is due at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 30 or more days prior to the first class, tuition will be fully refunded.
- Cancellation between 29 and 15 days prior to the first class will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the first class, tuition will be non-refundable.
- There will be no refunds for absences from classes for any reason.
- Classes with less than three registered students by two week prior to the beginning of a 2-week class session will be canceled and Dr. Joe will make every effort to reschedule them in another class. If rescheduling is not possible, tuition and keyboard payments will be refunded in their entirety.
Payment Policy
- Complete payment by check or cash must be made at the time of registration.

- Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $35 fee, and the registration will be canceled until all costs are paid in full.
Drop off and Pick up Policy
Parents or some another adult (age 16 or older) are strongly encouraged to attend classes with the student so that they can assist with at home practicing.
All classes will begin and end promptly.
Students should plan to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the designated start of a class and be picked up no later than 10 minutes after the designated end of a class. There will be a $50 late pick-up fee for students who are picked up later than 10 minutes following the end of class. The fee must be paid before the beginning of the next class session or the student will not be permitted to continue the course of study.
Keyboard Rental & Purchase Policy
BRING YOUR OWN: If you own a keyboard the is lightweight and can be easily carried, bring it with you to use in class.
BORROW: If you own a keyboard, but it is too heavy to bring to class, you can borrow a keyboard from Dr. Joe just for class use. There is no charge for borrowing a keyboard.
RENTAL: Keyboards are available for rent through Dr. Joe. A $80 deposit is due at registration, $50 of which will be refunded if the keyboard is returned undamaged at the end of the 2-week session. Students who take both Levels A & B need only rent a keyboard once.
PURCHASE: Keyboards are available for purchase from Dr. Joe for $80. Full payment is due at registration.
